“If I wasn’t handcuffed right now I’d probably punch you in the face.”

Jason’s body arched as he attempted to pull his wrists from the restraints. He bared his teeth in frustration, his leg muscles contracted as they too pulled against the restraint.

“Fuck.” he exhaled in a sharp breath twisting to glare at the man leaning casually against the wall.

“No.” Tabor smirked around the end of his cigarette, the cherry glowing in the fading light. “I don’t think I will.”

“If I wasn’t handcuffed right now, I’d punch you in your pretty mouth.” Jason pressed his lips tightly together.

Tabor raised a single eyebrow. “So you think my mouth is pretty?”

Jason snorted. “Maybe I’d shoot you instead.”

Tabor made a small tsk then walked over to the nightstand and snubbed out his cigarette. He fished into his pockets and pulled out the keys to the restraints.

“Finally!” Jason exclaimed. Tabor sat them on the nightstand by the ashtray.

“Wait…what are you doing?” Jason twisted as Tabor walked away. “HEY! Get back here!”

“I think I’m going to take a shower then go see what Way, and Ty are up to in their room.” Tabor said calmly, digging through his travel bag. He shut the bathroom door on Jason’s sputtering indignation.
