Tumblr Prompt Response 7

Dialogue prompt found on tumblr:

Lupin: “….Why are you wearing a crown made out of plastic knives?”

Sirius: “(Harry) has named me ruler of the bounteous domain that is our house, and apparently you can’t be a proper ruler if you don’t have a crown.”

Lupin: “And the mountain of blankets and pillows?”

Sirius: “My glorious throne, obviously.”

Lupin: “Obviously.”

Remus smiled fondly at Sirius who lifted his chin up, he was a member of the Black family after all, looking down on others was nearly an inheritable trait.

“And just where is Harry then?” Remus raised an eyebrow. The black haired toddler was not in sight.

Sirius blushed. He dusted off his pants. "He’s sleeping. I put him to bed about half an hour ago. I was just cleaning up.”

“And the crown is still on because..?” Remus stepped up towards Sirius who tugged on some of the black strands but the crown barely moved.

"Harry…had a case of accidental magic and it is stuck.” Sirius admitted blushing as Remus laughed, reaching out to help him.
